The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the official release of the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.

In a directive signed by the Acting Deputy Director-General (Q & A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, the Service instructed Regional Directors of Education to notify District Directors and Heads of Schools of the release.

GES emphasized that all admissions must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. Schools have been cautioned against admitting students outside the official placement without prior written approval from the Service.

Students who have secured placement are expected to report to their respective schools on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have been tasked to ensure smooth registration processes in accordance with the guidelines provided.

The statement warned that any unauthorised admissions or breaches of the placement process will attract administrative sanctions. Regional and District Directors have also been mandated to provide close supervisory support to ensure compliance.

GES stressed that the cooperation of all stakeholders is essential to ensure a transparent and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
