Prophetess Lesley Osei, the wife of Apostle Dominis Osei, has shared a humorous anecdote about how people initially perceived her. Many Ghanaians, including her husband's family, thought she wasn't Ghanaian due to her appearance.
Prophetess Osei revealed that people would often refer to her as "Akata Ni" or "swagger," implying that she was a foreigner. However, what they didn't know was that she is actually of Ghanaian descent. Her parents are from Ghana, and she was born in America.
Despite being born abroad, Prophetess Osei has a deep connection to her Ghanaian heritage. She speaks the local dialect fluently and was raised in a Ghanaian cultural environment. Her mother ensured that she and her siblings were well-versed in their cultural roots.
Prophetess Osei's husband, Apostle Dominis Osei, also shared his perspective on their relationship. He revealed that he had known Prophetess Osei since she was young, as she is his friend's sister. Years later, their paths crossed again, and he proposed to her, leading to their marriage.
The couple has been together for over a decade and has six children. They are also known for their viral marriage proposal videos and miraculous testimonies shared within their ministry. Currently, they are hosting the "Revival Culture" event in Accra, Ghana.
Prophetess Osei's story highlights the importance of not judging people based on their appearance. Despite initial misconceptions about her nationality, she has proven to be a proud Ghanaian with a deep connection to her cultural heritage.
