Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, popularly known as Mzbe,l has sparked a massive controversy online with her throwback with Maxwell Mensah, the husband of Nana Ama McBrown.

The photo shows the musician and Maxwell Mensah attending the Ghana Music Awards together as they posed on the red carpet.

Although when the photo was taken is unknown but it must have been from the time the two were reported to be in a romantic relationship.

It’s not a secret that long before Maxwell and McBrown got married, he had a love affair with singer Mzbel.

The singer had confirmed in multiple interviews that McBrown's husband, Maxwell, was once her lover and even revealed that they were close to getting married, but unfortunately, it did not happen.

She may have shared the throwback photo to reminisce about the good old days; however, the Facebook post has triggered wild reactions and condemnation from many people online.

In the caption, Mzbel said she would delete it soon, and deleted it after some hours.
