New Era for NAHSAG
On Thursday, May 5, 2025, Ahmed Yakubu assumed the role of President and Chief Spokesperson of the National Health Students Association of Ghana (NAHSAG), marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey. This transition follows his resounding victory at the 17th Annual Delegates Congress, held at KAAF University from May 29-31, 2025, with transparent, free, and fair elections taking place on May 30, 2025.

A Visionary Leader
As an astute, vocal, and diligent student leader, Ahmed Yakubu is poised to build upon the remarkable foundation laid by the Obama-led administration, widely regarded as one of the most exceptional in NAHSAG's history. With his vision and dedication, Ahmed is well-equipped to propel the association forward, driving progress and innovation in the healthcare sector.

A Bright Future Ahead
We congratulate Ahmed Yakubu on his election and look forward to witnessing the positive impact of his leadership on NAHSAG and the broader healthcare community in Ghana.
