Joshua Agbenu Amelli co-founded Samba Marara Groupé, a burgeoning worldwide fashion and lifestyle brand. The brand employs clothes, media, and community efforts to inspire, encourage, and entertain its audience in Africa and around the world.

Core Business Operations.
Fashion Brand: The brand focuses on developing a distinct global fashion presence and actively communicates with its audience via social media.

Investment Opportunities: The Samba Marara Investment Scheme (SMIS) is operated by the corporation. This project enables family, friends, and other supporters to purchase shares, fund expansion, and receive monthly dividends.

The Samba Marara Groupé introduced the Samba Marara Investment Scheme (SMIS), a crowdfunding and equity pooling project, in June 2025. Under the direction of CEO Joshua Amelli Agbenu, the program encourages friends, family, and supporters to contribute money in order to finance business growth and split profits.

In order to pay its dividend to its stakeholders in accordance with agreed contracts, the corporation has begun establishing stores and enterprises in those locations.

The company has already grown to three locations in two fields in Ghana, according to the Samba Marara Ambassador.

Key Features of SMIS:
Resource Pooling: Designed as an alternative to typical bank loans, it allows individuals to contribute funds directly to business growth.

Contract Terms: Individual agreements that specify investment durations (such as 9-month cycles) and dividend structures.

Public Relaunch: Following its first operating year, the program announced a planned return in late 2026.

Joshua Agbenu Amelli, CEO of Samba Marara Groupe, criticizes traditional banking, claiming that "keeping money in banks is old-fashioned." He claims that inflation and currency depreciation drain idle cash, and he advocates active asset allocation and directing wealth toward productive investments rather than stagnant savings accounts.

The Samba Marara Investment Scheme (SMIS), managed by the Joshua Amelli Agbenu-founded Samba Marara Group, is set to relaunch on November 23, 2026, following a trial year that began in 2025.

Relaunch Details
Launch date: November 23, 2026.
Goal: Return stronger, smarter, and more honest after going thru hardships and tribulations since mid-2025.

Leadership Message: Brand ambassador Rose Amelli announced the upcoming phase on Samba Marara's official Instagram accounts, congratulating early participants and encouraging new members.
