Ghanaian evangelist and gospel musician Diana Asamoah has issued a dire warning to parents in Ghana, urging them to keep a close eye on their children until August 2, 2025, when Kojo Nkansah Lilwin's movie "Mr. President" opens. This caution comes amid concerns over the actor's past involvement in incidents, particularly a tragic vehicle collision earlier this year while promoting his film "A Country Called Ghana," which resulted in the death of a 3-year-old boy and sparked national outrage.

Diana Asamoah's warning seems to reference this incident, stating, "I'm telling every parent in Ghana protect your children from now until August 2. Let's avoid what transpired while he was advertising his film the last time. There should be no more casualties." The gospel musician also responded to criticism and alleged insults from Lilwin, saying, "I have been told that Lilwin called me a man and insulted me. However, I avoid talking to murderers."

The feud between Diana Asamoah and Lilwin has drawn attention, with some interpreting her comments as a reflection of Lilwin's controversial reputation.

The premiere of "Mr. President" is scheduled for August 2, 2025, and will coincide with a candlelight vigil for the late highlife legend Daddy Lumba, which may add to the anticipation and scrutiny surrounding the event.
