Reports To How Bright Aweh Allegedly Murdered Immigration Officer Over Debt

A shocking revelation has emerged surrounding the death of Immigration officer, Stephen King Amoah, who was allegedly murdered by his colleague and friend, Bright Aweh, over money owed.

In a detailed post shared by socialite Ayisha Modi, Bright is accused of carefully masterminding the crime by manipulating events on the day of the incident to ensure that no witnesses were around.

According to reports, Bright, who lived with his wife in a storey building, deliberately sent his wife on an errand on the morning of the incident. He also informed his upstairs neighbour not to return home early, claiming he would be fumigating the house due to a “funny smell” in the compound. When the neighbour offered to contribute towards the fumigation chemicals, Bright reportedly declined, insisting on handling it himself.

Further accounts reveal that Bright confronted another neighbour about why his CCTV camera was facing his compound. The neighbour explained that the device was faulty but later replaced it with a 360-degree CCTV camera. Shockingly, the new camera captured three unidentified motorbikes entering Bright’s compound shortly before Stephen Amoah arrived. The role of the bikers remains unknown.

Stephen had earlier told his nephew that he was visiting Bright to collect money owed to him. However, after entering the house, he never came out alive. Bright’s car was later captured leaving the compound, though its contents remain a mystery.

What raised further suspicion was that WhatsApp messages were sent from Stephen’s phone after the incident, allegedly to create a false narrative. One of the messages read: “I have received the money, my wife is not around, so today I am going to chase girls.”

Following police investigations, Bright was arrested as the prime suspect. Two more individuals, Thomas Zigah, also known as Nii Jaase, and a third suspect, were also apprehended. However, the third suspect has since died under unclear circumstances.

The chilling details have left many Ghanaians in shock, with Ayisha Modi’s post sparking outrage and demands for justice for the late Stephen King Amoah.
