Nana Ama McBrown, the popular actress and TV host, is reportedly recovering well after undergoing surgery on her injured right hand. Concerns had been raised among fans about her health and well-being after she had been off-air for over a month.

However, Fred Kyei Mensah and Kwasi Ernest, two seasoned pundits on Onua Showtime, have allayed those fears with a positive update on her recovery. According to Fred Kyei Mensah, who visited McBrown, she is doing fine and her hand is healing speedily. "We went to visit her. She is very fine. Her hand is healing speedily. Very soon, we'll all see her with her hand straightened," he said.

Kwasi Ernest also confirmed that McBrown is in good spirits and is expected to return to her hosting duties soon. "She’s healthy and doing very well. We can expect her back shortly," he noted.

McBrown's absence from Onua Showtime dates back to May 23, 2025, and she has been temporarily replaced by her colleague AJ Poundz. Fans can now breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that McBrown is on the road to recovery and will likely be back on air soon.
