Former National Service Scheme (NSS) personnel Deborah Seyram Adablah has announced her return after serving a 45-day prison sentence at Nsawam Prison. Adablah was convicted of contempt by a High Court for defying a court order and criticizing the presiding judge, Justice John Bosco Nabarese, in social media videos.

Specifically, Adablah refused to comply with a court order to surrender a Honda Civic vehicle (with registration number GC 7899-23) to the court registrar pending the final determination of her case against Ernest Kwasi Nimako, a top banking executive. Her videos also contained personal attacks on the judge, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the court's authority.

"Back like I never left," Adablah stated, marking her return to the public eye. The circumstances surrounding her conviction and imprisonment have sparked widespread interest and discussion.

Adablah's resilience and determination to move forward have garnered attention, with many awaiting her next steps. As she reintegrates into her life, the implications of her experience on her personal and professional life remain to be seen.

This development has sparked conversations about the justice system and the impact of contempt convictions on individuals. Adablah's story serves as a reminder of the complexities of the law and its effects on those involved.
