Ghanaian singer and style icon, Darkovibes, has survived a near-fatal car accident and is expressing deep gratitude for his life.

In the early hours of Monday morning, the “Inna Song” hitmaker took to Snapchat to share a chilling photo of a mangled black Honda Civic—believed to be the car he was traveling in. The front of the vehicle appeared completely wrecked, with clear signs of a violent collision.

Though details of the crash remain scarce, Darkovibes’ caption made it clear that the incident could have ended tragically. “Thank God for my life,” he wrote, hinting at how close he came to serious injury or worse.

Fans and well-wishers have since flooded social media with prayers and messages of relief, thankful the beloved artist walked away with his life intact.

Darkovibes, born Paul Nii Amu Andrew Darko, rose to fame as a member of the La Même Gang collective and has become known for his genre-blending sound and fearless fashion. The near miss is a sobering reminder of how quickly life can change, even for the brightest stars.
