A team of Czech doctors and nurses under the MEDEVAC Czech Program, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Accra, has successfully completed 115 free surgeries for residents of Elmina (K.E.E.A. area) and Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana.

The medical outreach, which was carried out in partnership with the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, brought renewed hope, healing, and smiles to many individuals and families who otherwise could not afford such medical care.

Expressing gratitude for their efforts, local representatives and beneficiaries praised the Czech team for their compassion and consistency. The initiative marks the fourth consecutive year that the MEDEVAC Czech medical mission has extended its humanitarian services to Ghana.

The collaboration between the Czech Republic and Ghana continues to strengthen healthcare delivery in the region, providing much-needed surgical interventions and fostering medical knowledge exchange between Czech and Ghanaian professionals.

This remarkable gesture stands as a testament to the power of global partnerships in transforming lives and improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
