Ghanaian Gospel artiste based in the USA Kingsford K Menkah has said if we don't work hard with integrity, prayers won't develop the country drastically.
The 'My Testimony' crooner remarked that though prayers are important, the president must take crucial steps for the country to be prosperous.
Delving further, he said the difference between spiritual countries and a religious country like Ghana is that we don't uphold the values of integrity.
He disclosed on the show, "There is a difference between a religious country and a country that is spiritual, and it comes with perspectives.
"Spiritual countries are mostly not dominated by any particular religious groups but belief in the rule of power and love for the country.
"Apart from prayer and thanksgiving as a religious country like Ghana, we have to wake up and work hard for God to bless our works," he told Amansan Krakye.
"Praying continually won't fix issues by itself, but after prayers, take a step through honesty and integrity for the country to be prosperous," he told President John Dramani Mahama.
