The simmering tension surrounding Rev. Isaac Kwaku Obofour’s personal life has escalated into an apparent online power struggle between his legal wife, Queen Ciara, and alleged lover, Maame Sika.
On February 1, 2026, Maame Sika ignited fresh controversy after posting a birthday message for Obofour on Facebook. In the post, she boldly referred to herself as “Osofo Maame Sika,” a title commonly associated with a pastor’s wife.
The message was accompanied by a photograph of herself and Obofour dressed in matching outfits and posing closely — an image many social media users described as unmistakably couple-like. The post quickly went viral, triggering widespread backlash and renewed debate about the nature of their relationship.
Not long after, Queen Ciara appeared to respond indirectly but pointedly. She shared a video on social media proudly displaying her wedding ring, captioned simply, “The original.” The video was set to KK Fosu’s hit song Oga, specifically highlighting lyrics interpreted by many as a jab at anyone attempting to assume a title not rightfully theirs.
The Akan line, loosely translated as “If you have not been installed as a king and you force yourself into the role, no one will worship you,” was widely seen as a thinly veiled message aimed at Maame Sika.
The exchange has since sent social media into a frenzy, with netizens declaring that the long-rumoured rivalry is no longer speculation but a full-blown public showdown. As reactions continue to pour in, many observers believe the unfolding drama could further damage Obofour’s public image, especially given his role as a prominent religious leader.
For now, the pastor himself remains silent — but the women around him are clearly not.
