During the visit, President Mahama is expected to hold bilateral talks with President Hichilema on matters of mutual interest, including the enhancement of economic ties and the exploration of collaborative opportunities under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
A key highlight of the visit will be President Mahama’s address to the National Assembly of Zambia, where he is expected to outline Ghana’s vision for a more integrated, resilient, and prosperous Africa. He will also meet members of the Ghanaian community in Lusaka to interact with Ghanaians living and working in Zambia.
