The public is hereby notified that Princess Emmanuella Sam (also known as Aseneni Piesie Dompiahene Nana Osae Boahene I and Sinpinsu Hene), the woman who allegedly defrauded 29 victims of GH₵3,390,000 under the false pretext of selling 38 vehicles from a supposed government private auction, remains in police custody at the Cantonment Divisional Headquarters.
After her arrest, she was arraigned before court and granted bail with very stringent conditions GH₵4 million sureties backed by landed properties. As of today, she has failed to meet these bail conditions and continues to be held in lawful custody.
We have received credible information that certain individuals are attempting to secretly assist her in meeting the bail terms without fulfilling the court’s requirements.
“Anyone who attempts to stand surety for this suspect or helps her circumvent the court’s bail conditions will be identified and will face the full rigours of the law”, victims of the case.
This is not a threat, it is a solemn warning.

Since the case became public following her arrest, several other victims have come forward with similar complaints against the same woman. Many allege that she used romantic relationships and emotional blackmail (“love scam”) to defraud them of huge sums of money.
This appears to be her established pattern of operation. The victims are determined to pursue this matter to its logical conclusion. We urge anyone else who has fallen victim to this same individual to come forward and report to the police so that all cases can be properly documented and justice served.
We have full confidence in the Ghana Police Service and the Judiciary to ensure that this matter is handled without fear or favour. No amount of influence or pressure will be allowed to undermine the course of justice.
Justice delayed is justice denied. We demand speedy and transparent justice for all victims.
