NJTL Week 10: Atomic goes top, St. Francis, Sakumono grab first win

Atomic Tennis Club are the new leaders of the National Juniors Tennis League after matchday 10. Atomic Tennis Club handed 2nd place Baboo Sports Academy 3-0 defeat in the 14 & under and 2-1 in the 16 & under but lost 1-2 in the 12 & under.BabooSports Academy have consequently fallen to the third position.

Army Officers Tennis Club (AMTEC) ended their six-games winless streak when they defeated Kalatec at the Tesano Sports Club. AMTEC won 2-1 in the 12 & under, 2-1 in the 14 & under but lost 1-2 in the 16 & under.

Korle-Bu Tennis Club also went away to beats Flipper Tennis Club Korle-Bu at the Accra Sports Stadium Tennis Courts. Kole-Bu won 2-1 in the 12 and under and also 2-1 in the 16 under but lost 2-1 in the 14 & under.

Stadium B Tennis Club missed the opportunity of extending the lead on the league log when they were stunned by St. Francis Foundations at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Ashaiman. St. Francis won 3-0 in 12,14 and16 under categories.

At the Sakumono Tennis Club, Sakumno Tennis Club also defeated Ghana Tennis Club of Adabraka 3-0 in the 12 & under, 2-1 in the 14 & under and 2-1 in the 16 & under.
