PM Sports and El-Capitano holds Tennis Clinic

Pm sports held a tennis clinic at El-Capitano Hotel in Agona Duakwa, Central Region on Thursday 15th March 2018 with the purpose of introducing more kids into tennis.

Over 100 juvenile players from Agona Duakwa SDA Primary, Agona Duakwa Roman Catholic Primary and Agona Duakwa Methodist Primary took part in the one-day tennis clinic.

Juvenile players between the ages of 7-16 were taking through racquet control, rally over the net, how to use the racquet and how to socialize and play in a team environment.

In an interview granted Tennisgh.com, member of PM SPORTS Foundation in the Central Region Ebenezer Twumasi said, introducing young players to the game would help to avoid the vacuum that will be created when the senior players leave. He added that we started

"I feel excited that the kids have had the experience of the game of tennis, for the first time, we will continue with the clinic for 10-12 weeks. PM SPORTS' main focus is to introduce tennis to schools," Twumasi happily said.

El-Capitano hotel which is located in the heart of Central Region can boast of three tennis courts and two courts for training.
