Nana Yaw Boateng, a tennis player has been identified as the Ghanaian seeking political asylum in Australia at the just ended Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia

Meanwhile, the Sport Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) has stripped him of the 2005 SWAG Table Tennis Player of the Year off his award.
