Greek side Panionios have rejected a reported 135,000 euro loan offer from French side AS Monaco for Ghana midfielder Bernard Yao Kumordzi.
Kumordzi has been playing for the Blue-Reds for the past four seasons and is pushing to leave the club.
The 26-year-old has been linked with a host of European top flight sides but club chairman Gerasimos Ventouris is adamant to release him.
He said: "As long as I am at this club. I won't sell Kumordzi, unless there is a concrete offer."
Monaco, relegated last season, wanted to boost their squad aimed at making a quick return to the Ligue 1.
