Kwesi Appiah joins Norwergian side Viking

Black Stars striker, Kwesi Appiah, has joined Norwegian side Viking FK for trials ahead of a loan move from English Premier League side Crystal Palace.
The 26-year-old joined his new teammates at the La Manga Club in Spain on Wednesday.

Appiah suffered a career threatening knee injury during a training session with the Black Stars ahead of an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in June 7, 2015 and missed 12 months of football as a result.

Viking Fotballklubb (FK) is a Norwegian football club from the city of Stavanger. The club was founded in 1899.
