Why Francis Poku was fired

These are the rumours making the rounds on the internet for the reasons Minister for national security, Francis Poku, was fired. The government has not yet given any reason:

• The office of president was bugged. NDC moles working in the castle; Kufuor's private conversations recorded?

• Francis Poku got fired for various reasons. 1. He supports Nana Addo over Alan Cash the president's preferred choice. 2. He is using state apparatus to escort Nana everywhere he goes. 3. He could not stop the Tamale demo. 4. He could not kill or implicate JJ since he was elevated as security capo. What else can i say.

• ... he has been feeding the President with lies about the security of the state including alleged coup d'etats when there was actually none! Others are saying that he has started dealing with the opposition parties especially the NDC to save his skin come January 2009!

• Another rumour is that he planned the "assasination" of Kufuor via the accident

• Francis Poku, Peter Nanfuri and the rest are all Rawlings' boys. Ku4 thought he could tame Francis Poku into the NPP, but he got it all wrong and fortunately or unfortunately has now realised that. Mpianim saw it earlier but the sleeping gaint realised it too late.

• Poku admitted Kufuor trip to kenya was a failure .. Kufuor got mad and fired him

• It's been reported on at least, two occasions, that Mr. Poku has been feeding his personal bank accounts in London, U.K., and other locations in Europe, with large portions of national security budgetary allocations. Is it the case that Mr. President has found out his trusted security man has been "swerving" stolen monies meant for him (K4) into his (Poku's) account, instead?
• BAWKU has been the major issues why the minister was fired. The confidential information i had from a security capo from an insider indicate that, he did not make use of a very vital security information he was fed with until this incidence of bawku happen.
