Who can it be ?
According to the Ghana Palaver, a top Cabinet Minister in the government who worked in a top position with one of the UN agencies, based in Europe, with Post Number 7991420 was dismissed from the Organisation for embezzlement of funds running into millions of dollars.
This fact was hidden from President Kufuor and the appointments committee of parliament until it was "revealed" to the President during one of his many European junkets, much to his embarrassment.
Instead of dismissing the Minister outright from the Cabinet, President Kufuor rather reshuffled him to another delicate Ministry, but one that will not bring him into too much contact with non-Ghanaians who may be aware of the circumstances under which he left that international organisation.
