Whether it is true that His Excellency has bought the majority shares in the Presidential Bank (which Mr. J. S. Addo used to acquire the ECOWAS facility for Hotel Kufuor) after the Bank failed to meet its tax obligations to the IRS, enabling His Excellency to pay for and acquire the shares?
