Money "chopping" at Ministry of Information?
What is this happening at the Ministry of Information and Presidential Affairs. The allegation is that the special assistant to the Minister is chopping the anniversary money left and right.
He signs on behalf of the Minister, goes round collect the cheques and pay some into his account without the Minister's knowledge. Companies sponsored the 2nd anniversary with millions of cedis and one person is chopping all, Mr. Minister please sit up right
