Klotey Korley NPP Roots For Nii Adjei- Tawiah

Snippets of Information picked up by Happy Fm from the Klotey Korley Constituency indicates that delegates of the New Patriotic Party favours their Constituency Chairman ,Nii Adjei Tawiah to lead them in the 2008 elections than the incumbent MP of the Party,Nii Adu Darko Mantey.

Behind the scene interiviews conducted by happy Fm among delegates,as part of on going survey by the station to know the fate of incumbent MP's with regards to their been retained by delegates revealed the scenario. According to the delegates the NPP needs a Unifier like Nii Adjei Tawiah who has shown exemplary leadership as a constituency Chairman to safeguard the seat for the NPP. They Said any other candidate presented by the Party aside Nii Adjei will be mince meat for the NDC,Since Nii Adjei's support in the constituency cuts across the various political divide.

When Nii Adjei Tawiah, was reached for his comments,he told Happy Fm that indeed he has received countless calls from his constituents to lead them in the 2008 elections but his ultimate aim now is to help his party which is the ruling government to execute its agenda in the Klotey Korley Constituency.But he however never ruled out his intention to contest the seat when situations change in the scheme of things at the Constituency which may require his intervention.
