JJ To Appear At NRC On 10th February (5)

Sources close to former President JJ has indicated that JJ will be in ACCRA by the last week of January 2004 and will arrange to appear before the NCR on the 10th February to answer all manner of issues attributed to him not only on the murder of the judges.

He has only indicated that he would prefare the hearing to be carried live just like others shown by the GTV.However reports gathered from the NCR secretariat by 5.30pm (14th January 2004) indicates that the NCR WILL NOT allow hearing to be broadcast live for security concerns.

They are also arranging to control crowd at the premises by placing armed personnel around the building on the D DAY. JJ will be present will three lawyers but he has indicated that he will do the talking.He has already branded Adabuga a liar and oportunist and Mr. ARCHER as criminal without conscience who will seek to put people into trouble while he has so many criminal records he is running away from.

JJ has promised to set the records straight. Some officers at the National Security Officer,however, think it is not necessary to summon JJ to appear at the NCR . One fine gentleman at the NSC pointed out that JH Mensah also sent people (including Col Duah ,Adabuga ,Jiwa Alidu and Malik) to overthrow JJ and many perished but bcos he is in govt NRC cant invite him.

Let us wait for the D DAY is approaching and the truth will be told .
