Is it true that ...

Accra, Oct. 10, Palavar- President Kufuor's Government has created a 'Minister's Protocol Supplement' under which at the end of every month, every Minister collects ?10 million and every Deputy Minister collects ?5 million 'under the table' which they use as they deem fit, as a kind of unaccountable imprest and in breach of all the Financial Regulations of the land?

Insurance fraudster, jail breaker and murder suspect Chris Asher, wanted on three continents and in four countries in connection with criminal activity, has been granted immunity from arrest by His Excellency He-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed because of a very hefty financial contribution has made to the Non-Performing Party (NPP), and is it true that the immunity order has created a major rift between the man who has succeeded Gbagbladza and 'Small Boy Danger' who wants the fraudster arrested, and the man who is in charge of that black uniformed organisation with the largest number of surviving Generals Inspecting who insists that as for him, he takes instructions only from his political boss who appointed him?

Some elements of the Non-Performing Party (NPP) Government, including the one who used to be known and called 'Kofi Ghana' in his socialist days when he was a student and the one who has been moved to the Ministry with six Ministers, have entered into a most unholy agreement with a USA Company called Mayatec for the preparation of a City Development Strategy Paper for Kumasi with financing from the Bank of the World, that already a 'Project Preparation Facility' advance payment of US$75,000 has been made to the Company, and is it true that Mayatec is owned by the US-based Ghanaian whose involvement in similar feasibility studies with elements of the former NDC Government has landed some of them in jail and others on trial, courtesy of the NPP Government?

At the Agona East constituency Non-Performing Party (NPP) primaries held at Kwanyaku last week, District Chief Executive Agyarko was elected as the NPP Parliamentary candidate with 79 out of the 92 votes cast, whilst Ben Mensah, one-time Features Editor of the Daily Graphic, a self-imposed exile in the UK who dabbled in local council housing matters (having actually obtained some degree of sorts in the subject whilst in exile), a returned refugee who has been catapulted into the position Of Deputy Managing Director of the State Housing Company as a reward for his virulent anti-PNDC/NDC and pro-NPP activity whilst in the UK, got a paltry 12 votes, and whether this is any indication of the likely performance of the 'Apapransa Woman', another returned refugee with similar credentials minus the housing credentials now in charge of Higher Education when her own primaries for the NPP seat comes on in that constituency in the NDC's World Bank?

The break-in of the car of Mr. Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah, Deputy Campaign Coordinator of the Mills Campaign Team, was organised by elements of the security and intelligence agencies as part of their programme of surveillance and intimidation of the NDC leadership on behalf of the Non-Performing Party (NPP), and is it true that next on the targeted list of leading NDC members for similar break-ins are Dr. Nii Josiah Aryeh, Kwamena Ahwoi, Kofi Totobi-Quakyi, Haruna Iddrissu, Dr. Obed Asamoah, Lee T. Ocran, Hannah Tetteh-Kpodar and Dr. Farouk Braimah? Palaver
