General Overseer of the Alabaster International Mission, Prophet Dr Kofi Oduro, is alleging that Prophet 1, Obinim, Akwasi Sarpong and some other prophets are occultic and not from God.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kwame Tutu on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the outspoken man of God said some Christians are being led to darkness due to the activities of some of these fake and occultic prophets.

He made reference to Mathew 24:4 saying, the bible predicted that there would be false prophets when during the last days. Dr. Oduro said, ‘’I am not joking.

Prophet Akwasi Sarpong, Obinim, and Prophet 1 are false prophets. They are not from God. True men of God are those anointed and called by God.’ The church is to empower people and lead them to God and not enslave them.

He added: ‘’Ghanaians do not want to listen to the true prophets of God but follow these false prophets.’’ Prophet Dr. Kofi Oduro, said the church has now become unpopular because of the way some men of God are behaving in Ghana. He described as charlatans those prophets who predict the death of people.

He also made reference to Jeremiah 4:22 (For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge) to buttress his point that, Christians are senseless and fools hence they are perishing.

‘’It is so sad and unfortunate the way the work of God is going. Christians have refused to read the word of God. Christians are being deceived and yet they have refused to learn,’’ he said. Most of these guys are occultist.

They are organized criminals. I will blame the Christian Council, the National Association of Charismatic Council and the Ministry of Religious Affairs.''
