The resource person, who is also the Senior Pastor of the Eagle’s Temple of ICGC at KNUST, Prof Daniel Inkoom, Head of Planning Department of KNUST took members through the rudiments of employee development practices within their respective organisations.
He mentioned that one should take keen interest in the human resource policies of the organisation and acquaint himself with the structures of the organisation which he believes will give one the leverage for a desired promotion.
According to him, man should be development conscious because God desires growth of every man in any circumstance of life.
He further mentioned that promotion at the workplace gives one the satisfaction and motivation to work, which will eventually boost his confidence level and at the same time inspire society and become more influential which will eventually guarantee one a better pension.
Prof Inkoom finally advised Men of the Church to adopt hard working principles of life, establish and maintain a good working relationship, network well and ultimately uphold their Christian principles.
