Youtherfest 2019 promises overwhelming impact this August – Dansare

This August promises to be the best for many youths in the country as the Ghana Youth Ministry host youth from the 16 regions of the country to the biggest and most relevant nondenominational annual national youth festival of our time, christened Youtherfest at the University of Ghana, Legon.

The event which aims at empowering, educating and arousing the interest of the youth is on the theme, "Foundation to Secure the Future".

This year is the 9th edition of this national youth festival and it shall be honoured by guest speakers including Ps. Nana Kyei-Amponsah, Engineer & Pastor, Harvest Time Church, GH Apostle BB Frederick, Omega Revival, Rev. Azigiza Jnr, Apostle Lorraine Laryea, Believers of Fire, Mr. Adjetey Anang, Actor, Prophet John Arjarquah Jnr, Rev Andrew Gyebi-Young, Assemblies of God, Dr. Ernest Koranteng, Marketing & Sports Consultant, Dr. Mary Offei Agyemang, CEO, Ropheka Clinic, and Solomon Ababio, a Wealth Crusader.

The Executive Director of the Ghana Youth Ministry, Daniel Nana Kwame Appiah Asare said, “we will solidify the foundation of securing the future by following the example of the right people and mentors. We are building and harnessing integrity and self-control in all dealings against the lust of the eyes and lust of the flesh in the minds and heart of the youth. This is the core values of this year's Youtherfest," he stated.



Youtherfest2019 will be held at the nation's premier university, University of Ghana, Legon Central Cafeteria from Tuesday 6th - Friday 9th August, 9am and 6pm for morning and evening sessions with activities including Soul Winning, Prayer, Entrepreneurship Training, ideas sharing, Prophetic, Fashion Show, Bonfire Nights, Worship Comedy and Networking.

According to the organisers, accommodation and feeding for four days will be provided to all participants plus all camp materials and a dinner and awards night banquet at a registration fee of only Gh¢100 on Mobile Money 0247653429.

Ghana Youth Ministry (GYM) is a nondenominational youth wing that prides itself with raising generational builders who will secure the future by becoming managers of their respective potentials and responsibilities by making Jesus a lifestyle.

They do this under the umbrella of soul winning, entrepreneurship, raising leaders and building and It is through this that they organise Youtherfest.

Youtherfest was first held at Tema Secondary School, then to Methodist University, to Takoradi to Ada Training College to the University of Cape Coast in 2015. Later in 2016 to Aburi then to All Nations University in Koforidua, to Ho Technical University, Volta Region, last year.
