Youth cautioned against patronizing pornographic programmes

Kumasi, April 10, GNA - A reverend minister has cautioned the youth to refrain from patronizing pornographic programmes on the Internet and cell phones.

Rev Kwame Kwateng, a marriage counsellor and musician, decried the enthusiasm of the youth towards pornographic programmes in recent times and said there was the need for them to shun this attitude and patronize educative programmes on the Internet and cell phones. He was addressing a joint fellowship of the young women and the youth ministries of the Grace Baptist Church at Amakom in Kumasi on Easter Monday.

Rev Kwateng said the youth represented the future and the backbone of the nation's economy and as such they should lead decent lifestyles devoid of reckless behaviour.
