Manna is still dropping from Heaven - Prophetess Owusu Mensah

Ekumfi Adansi (C/R), Nov. 11, GNA - Prophetess Grace Owusu Mensah, Leader of the Grace Divine Healing Ministry has said that the Biblical 'manna', which God used to feed the Israelites in the wilderness during their exodus from Egypt, still drops even today.

The Prophetess explained that when the Israelites were in dire need of food and had no hope, God came to their aid with the manna, and that even in the present day when people who had nothing to eat for the day and had no hope of getting any, suddenly got help before the end of the day. She said it demonstrated God's love and care for His people and stressed the need for mankind to reciprocate that gesture towards God and fellow humans.

Prophetess Owusu Mensah made the assertion at a week-long camp meeting of the Church at its headquarters at Ekumfi Adansi in the Mfantseman Municipality.

The camp meeting coincides with the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the church by her mother, Prophetess Grace Affanyi. The theme for the meeting was "Christ Saves"

She said during the famine which hit the country in 1983, it was never heard that anybody fed on stones, and added that even though food was difficult to come by at that time, God exhibited His supreme power to save His people from death.

The Prophetess advised Ghanaians to seek God and pray fervently as Satan was working hard to capture the world. She expressed concern about the behaviour of some politicians who make the people to accept falsehood as the truth and appealed to politicians who were Christians to help change the perception that politics was "a dirty game".

She said politics was about development of the people and wondered how falsehood could make the people to improve their living conditions. "Demonstrate to the people that as Christians you uphold the truth which Christ taught His followers to abide by", the Prophetess stressed. Prayers were said for the prosperity of the nation and for good health and wisdom for the President and Ministers of State.
