I cannot confirm if Owusu Bempah is a genuine prophet - Nigel Gaisie

Founder and leader of the True Word Fire Prophetic Ministries (TWPFM), Prophet Nigel Gaisie says he cannot confirm if Reverend Owusu Bempah is a true man of God.

Speaking in an exclusive interview on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm with Fiifi Pratt in the United Kingdom, the controversial man of God said he would not be able to vouch for Reverend Bempah although people say God has anointed him.

He was speaking on the issue of fake and genuine prophets of God working in Ghana

Prophet Gaisie mentioned Reverend Salifu Amoako, Jesus Abrantie and Apostle Bishop Elect Shabbat Ameniapong as some genuine men of God and described them as his spiritual father

When he was pushed by the host to either declare Bempah as a genuine or fake prophet, he said, ‘’ I can’t speak for him. I believe he is a man of God and has been anointed. I cannot confirm or say he is a fake prophet because he is one of pioneers in the prophetic, he is a man I respect, and he is a man I love; a man that I pray for. He is a father and a senior in the prophetic, he has been an inspiration,’’ he added.

In 2018, the two men of God slammed each other over a prophecy of former president Mahama wining the 2020 presidential race.

Whereas Reverend Bempah prophesied defeat for Mr Mahama, Prophet Gaisie prophesied victory for Mr Mahama.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie went on radio to announce that Rev. Owusu Bempah is not his spiritual father.

Rev. Owusu Bempah had claimed in an earlier radio interview that Prophet Nigel Gaisie is his ‘junior’ who does not match the prowess of a ‘senior prophet’ like him.

He also claimed to have nurtured Prophet Nigel in the ministry, adding he cannot match him, Rev Owusu Bempah in delivery of prophecies.

But Prophet Nigel Gaisie denied it and said Owusu Bempah is not his spiritual father.
