Accra, March 21, GNA-The Church has been called upon to see Christ's death as beneficial and have confidence in him to help them prevail over

any challenging situation. Elder Listowel Affram, speaking on the topic: Christ the King, he said Jesus' death was a victory for Christians which must be cherished. Speaking at the Odorkor district convention of the Apostolic Church of Ghana, Elder Affram assured Christians that the lord was faithful to deliver them from every situation and urged them to call on Him in times of difficulties. "Our God has prevailed and there is power in his resurrection to turn every bad situation for the better", he added. The main theme for the odorkor District convention was: "The Trumphant Christ" and it brought together five main churches: Odorkor Central, Royal Assembly, Odorkor 3, Sakaman Special Assembly and the English assembly. Pastor Patrict Agbevem, in-charge of the district said Jesus' death bridged the gap between man and God adding, "As you celebrate Easter, I wish to inform you that since Jesus agreed to lay down his life for us, he is also prepared to roll away all your burdens".
