Great Miracle Faith Chapel marks Anniversary with free Medical Screening

Afienya, March 28, GNA-More than 500 residents of Mateheko near Afienya, at the weekend benefited from a free medical screening organized by members of the Great Faith Miracle Chapel (GFMC), as part of activities marking the Church's Tenth Anniversary Celebration. Led by their Head Pastor, Reverend Gideon Ahiagba, members of the Church also feted the residents, and presented them with second clothing, all worth about 3,000 Ghana Cedis.

He said apart from its spiritual responsibility of preaching the Good News to the people, the Church, therefore, owed it a duty to provide for their material well-being as well. Rev. Ahiagba said while on earth, Christ showed love, care and compassion to mankind The Head Pastor of GFMC, advised Ghanaians to get closer to God, and manifest His love to their fellow men by sharing the little they had with the poor and needy in society. A Thanks-giving Service would be held on Sunday, March 28, to round off activities marking the week-long celebration whose theme is: "Season of Restoration."
