A 20-member Ghanaian delegation under the leadership of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana (EPCG) Clerk of the General Assembly, Rev. Dr. Lawson Dzanku, is participating in the Pan African Presbyterian Men’s Fellowship (PAPMF) 4th biennial conference taking place in Lusaka, Zambia, from 9th to 12 October 2025.
The conference, being organized on the theme, “Towards a world of justice for an African Child, a call by the African Christian father”, is expected to bring together participants representing more than 15 African countries including Ghana, Zambia, South Africa, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Lesotho, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Uganda.
Also notable among Ghana’s delegation is Mr. Foster Agotse, the EPCG National President of Men’s Fellowship, who also serves as the PAPMF Deputy General Secretary, as well as Rev. Dr. Abraham Akoto, the EPCG Men’s Desk Programme Officer.
The four-day international session will discuss key topics, including Climate Change and its emerging trends, Building a better world for the African child, Building a vibrant men’s movement for Africa’s prophetic mission, and Building better families for a better continent.
The PAPMF was established in 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya, under the joint auspices of All Africa Conference of Churches and World Council of Churches, with the mission of bringing together men to influence the mitigation of conflicts, injustice, environmental degradation, and other socio-cultural, economic, and governance issues inimical to the growth of the African continent.
