Christians should avoid negative practices

Atimatim(Ash), April 24, GNA - The Reverend Justice Kwame Frimpong, the General Overseer of Seed of Christ Ministries, has admonished Christians to eschew negative tendencies that impede the socio-economic development of the nation. He noted that the Easter festivities should remind Ghanaians to unite and deliberate on issues that would shape their lives and minds for nation building.

The Reverend Frimpong was delivering a sermon at the end of a four-day Easter Convention organized by the Church at Atimatim in the Afiagya Kwabre District of the Ashanti Region on Sunday. The theme for the occasion was: 93Sharpening your Destiny". He observed that the Easter celebration had given mankind hope for survival and advised Christians to be dedicated to the worship of God at all times to salvage them from evil deeds. The Reverend Frimpong said the death and resurrection of Christ should remind Christians to forgive and love each other and unite for the betterment of the society. The General Overseer called on Christians to be kind and supportive of the needy in society. 24 April 11
