Christians advised to be dedicated to humankind

Nkoranza (B/A), June 11, GNA - The Right Reverend Sampson Yamoah, Methodist Bishop of Wenchi Diocese, has asked Christians to offer selfless and dedicated services to humankind, to obtain God blessings. He advised Christians to lead healthy and productive lifestyles and avoid acquiring wealth and power through unscrupulous means. Rt. Rev. Yamoah was delivering a sermon at the Nkoranza Wesley Methodist Church at the close of the fourth biennial conference of the Women's Fellowship of the church.

He reminded Christians that "heaven is the final home for believers", which they should aim at and commended members of the fellowship for their hard work towards the growth of the church. The Methodist Bishop exhorted members of the fellowship to maintain their faith in God and encourage their husbands to uphold Christian principles.

Rt. Rev. Yamoah advised Christians to be guided by Christian values and to make the teachings of the Bible reflect in their lives. He advised members of the fellowship to support their husbands in the upbringing and education of their children.
