Ameer commissions mosque for Tabita

Alhaji Maulvi Muhammad Noor Bin Salih, the Ameer and Missionary in-charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission, Ghana, has inaugurated a new mosque for the Akim Tabita Mission.

The new mosque was built by Alhaji Mustapha Oti Boateng, the Eastern Regional President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission, to ease congestion during worship.

Maulvi Salih, inaugurating the mosque, advised members to let their behaviour and actions encourage others to join the Mission.

Mr Nuhu Kofi Arhin, the Akim Oda Circuit President of the Mission, in an interview with the Ghana News Agency, said the Mission was founded in Ghana in 1921.

It has branches across the country and teaches about the principles of Allah as instituted by Prophet Mohammed.

Mr Malek Appiah Affum, the President of the Eastern Regional Ahmadiyya Youth Organisation, admonished the youth to practice the true teachings of Islam.
