Real Tamale United holds Ashgold

Accra, June 18, GNA - Obuasi Ashantigold on Wednesday settled for a goalless drawn game with visiting Real Tamale United (RTU) at the Len Clay Stadium, Obuasi in their 26th Week Premier League match. Both sides played a determined game right from the blast of the whistle but it was Ashgold who had early chances at goal but wasted them to end the first half. During the second half which was almost played in RTU's gold area the defiant visitors stood firm and warded off all moves made by the home team and ensured they split the points.
