Liberty vows to stop Kotoko

Accra, Nov 29, GNA - Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals has launched an 'Operation Giant Killers' strategy ahead of their 13th week Onetouch Premier League game against Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Carl Reindorf Park on Sunday, December 3rd.

The operation is aimed at stopping the winning spree of Kotoko as well as clearing all other opponents on their way and to end the first round in grand style.

A statement signed by Eric Kwame Kportie, General Secretary of the Club copied to the GNA Sports, said 'Liberty is aware of the task and opposition they will face on Sunday but nevertheless Kotoko shall fall.'

It reminded Kotoko to be mindful of the 3-0 defeat suffered at the hands pf Liberty at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium last season and should therefore expect a repeat of the dose come this Sunday.

The statement said a flat rate of 50,000 and 80,000 will be charged at the gates.
