Kessben beat Tema Youth 3-1 in the premier league

Abrankese (Ash), June, 18, GNA - Kessben F/C played a determined game to chalk a convincing 3-1 win over visiting Tema Youth in their Onetouch mid-week premiership encounter at the Anane Boateng Sports Stadium at Abrankese on the Lake Bosumtwi road in the Ashanti Region. Kessben opened the scores in the 30th minute through Owusu Debrah when he connected home a right footer into the net from a corner kick. The home team improved on their game and increased the tally in the 41st minute through Douglas Nkrumah with Baba Iddi making it 3-0 in the 43rd minute to end the first half.

Tema Youth managed to score a consolation goal in the 77th minute when they were awarded a penalty for Richard Annang to convert to bring the final scores to 3-1. 18 June 08
