Helegbe leaps to top spot with hat trick

Accra, Sept 20, GNA 96 Nimble footed Michael Helgbe of Liberty Professional leaped to the top spot of the One Touch Premier League Top scorers chart when he scored a hat-trick on Wednesday. He had the hat-trick against King Faisal in the third week league game, which his side won 3-2 at the Sunyani Coronation Park. He is tied at the top with King Faisal's Edmund Owusu Peprah, who had two goals in the last game, having scored one in a previous game. Ever-green Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour and Alex Asamoah, of Ashantigold, Heart of Lions' Abraham Annan, Dominic Ediyah of Feyenoord, Andy Pomayie of Olympics have two goals each.
