Hearts of Oak conquer champions AshantiGold in Obuasi

Hearts of Oak ended a 9-year winless run at the Len Clay Sports Stadium by beating defending league champions AshantiGold 2-1 on Sunday.

Cosmos Dauda was the hero-of-the-day as his brace in the second half goals earned Hearts all the maximum points.

The win kept the Phobians in second place and two points behind leaders Wa All Stars who have 20 points.
