Edubiase United gets first win premier League

Obuasi (W/R), Oct. 21, GNA - An 86th minute goal by Aron Amoah was enough to earn new entrants Edubiase United FC the three maximum points over visiting Real Tamale United (RTU) in the second week of the Glo Premier League match played at Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium on Wednesday. Both sides played a cautious game right from the kick-off with the chances created wasted by their strikers.

It was however, Edubiase United who seemed determined to carry the day, pinning RTU into their own half in the second half and in one of their forays, Amoah dribbled pass a defender to slot in the ball into the blind side of goal keeper Collins Addo for the match winner.
