Dwarfs whip All Blacks

Cape Coast, March 22, GNA - Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs whipped Sekondi based All Blacks 3-1 in their Division One League match played at the Robert Mensah Stadium, Cape Coast on Sunday. Kicking under the instructions of referee Franklin Cobbina from Accra, Dwarfs who were on top of their game scored two rapid goals in the 10th and 15th minute through midfielder, Mustopha Douglas. Back from recess, All Blacks came up strongly to reduce the tally in the 57th minute through substitute Gabriel Lartey. They continued to dictate the affairs of the game but their hopes of levelling up the scores were shattered when Ekow Ghansah of Hearts fame increased his side's goal tally to 3-1 from a goal mouth melee. Results of other League matches were Cape Coast Venomous Vipers pipped Feyenoored 1-0, Tarkwa Medeama also beat Tarkwa United 1-0 while Sekondi Metro Stars beat Windy Professionals 1-0.
