All Blacks spank Real Sportive

Agona Swedru, (C/R) June 11, GNA - Swedru Gamba All Blacks spanked visiting Tema Real Sportive 3-0 in their 24th Week of the Onetouch Premier League match played at the Swedru Sports Stadium on Wednesday. Wilson Andor scored two goals in the 18th and 26th minutes while Obed Owusu added the third in the 49th minute to add to the woes of Sportive. The first goal came when Andor capitalized on a defensive blunder of the visiting team and planted the ball into the net which goalkeeper Teiku of Sportive had no answer to.

He made it two for his side when he intercepted a cross by Obed Owusu from the left frank of the field to score.

In the 29th minute Obed Owusu scored a goal for All Blacks but his effort was disallowed by referee J. A. Amenyo from Accra. Fuseini Nuhu of Sportive had an empty post with goalkeeper Ransford Cudjoe of All Black completely beaten but the striker shot off target in the 38th minute.

Owusu however made sure he scored the third goal for his team in the 49th minute when he finished neat cross from team mate Andor. Both teams exhausted all their substitutions in an attempt to strengthen their attack but the changes did not change the score line. All Blacks made last minute attempts to increase their goal tally but failed until referee Amenyo brought the hostilities to an end.
