Exchequers spilt points with Marine Sticks

Exchequers put up a splendid performance to hold Marine Sticks to two all drawn game in a thrilling fourth week IPMC Hockey League match at the National Hockey Pitch on Saturday. Exchequers who showed determination to carry the day, where matched boot for boot by Marine Sticks. It was not all one-way traffic, however. In an entertaining encounter, chances were coming thick and fast, and Marine Sticks making good use of their chances took a 2-0 in the first half. The start of the second half brought more missed opportunities, but Exchequers fought back gallantly to cancel the two goals lead, to salvage a 2-2 draw. NDK Financiers struggled initially against Citizens leading 1-0 at halftime. but found their rhythm in the second half to romped home 3-0 to keep their title chase on track in the Senior Division.
