Handball Team Named

AHEAD OF the All African Games qualifier in Burkina Faso on February 20, a 19 female and 18 male team has been named for the national handball side, the Black Hands.
In all, eight countries will participate in the qualifier where one male team and a female side will be selected for the All African Games in Algeria.
The male team members are: Richard Ankrah, Selma Adams, Eric Enim, Jacob Asare (goalkeepers), John Amenfi, Fudu Yussif (co-ordinators) Innocent Denutsui, Ebenezer Mensah, Erasmus Akrong, Edmond Nii Lamptey, Christian Osei Yaw, Samuel Agyare (halfbacks).
Others are Peter Amegashie, Christian Banla, Eugene Ahoni, Joseph Cudjoe (wingers). The rest are Rufui Abukari and Francis Asare (pivots). And the female team is made up of: Efua Acheampong, Patience Borkor, Agartha Agyeiwah, Victoria Annang (goalkeepers), Rosina Lomo, Juliana Bediako, Hajara Mahama, Grace Agbodo, Sarah Ahia (Half backs).
The others are Eunice Nartey, Comfort Danso, Sahiratu Issaka (co-ordinators), Latifa Larley, Jennifer Owoo (pivots) and Stella Aduyor, Charlotte Tandor, Emelia Abbey, Vida Mills. (wingers)
