Shetty and Vivienne win Celebrity Coca Cola Medal Golf

Tema, March 27, GNA - Nahesh Shetty and Vivienne Oberoi became the proud winners of the March monthly Celebrity Golf Club's Coca Cola Open Medal Championship played at Sakumono, near Tema on Saturday. Shetty returned a net score of 64 to win the Men's category while Vivienne had 71 net score to emerge champion in the Ladies segment. Noel Hammond took the second position with 69 net while Ernest Odei Kumi placed third with 71 net in the Men's category. Juliet Tuakli whose hard work earned her 83 net, took the other prize in the Ladies segment.

The one-day 18-Hole Medal Play competition was sponsored by The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited. Mr Pierre Coussey, Captain of the Club called on the members to take the competition seriously to sharpen their strokes for major championships. 27 March 10
